1. Digital and Physical Items
Posh Life Suite does not offer refunds on digital and physical items, including mugs, tumblers, shirts, notebooks, and pens. All sales are final. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before making a purchase.

2. Chargebacks and Litigation
In the event of a chargeback, Posh Life Suite reserves the right to pursue litigation to the highest extent permitted by law. Chargebacks are considered a breach of our terms and conditions, and we take them seriously. Any costs incurred as a result of a chargeback will be the responsibility of the customer.

3. Mentorship Programs
Refunds for Mentorship Programs are applicable within 48 hours after full payment. If you decide to cancel your participation in a Mentorship Program within this timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund. However, once the program or academy has commenced, no refunds will be granted.

4. Deposits
Deposits made for any services or programs offered by Posh Life Suite are nonrefundable. This includes but is not limited to deposits for Mentorship Programs, workshops, or any other services requiring a deposit. Please consider this before making a deposit payment.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Digital goods will be sent via Email to the Email Address associated with the purchase.

3. Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer various shipping methods to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely manner. The available shipping methods and rates will be displayed at checkout. The shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. Posh Life Suite is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss and title passes to the buyer. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Posh Life Suite is not responsible for any delays or additional charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that the address change can be made once the order has been processed and shipped.

Refunds for mentorship programs are applicable 48 hours after full payment; however, once the program/academy commences, no refunds will be granted. There are no refunds for digital products, and deposits are non-refundable.
